Emperor scorpion
蜇伤The emperor scorpion is one of the largest scorpions in the world, with adults averaging about 20 cm long. It lives in rainforests and savannas in West Africa. It is popular in the pet trade, and it is protected by CITES because over-collecting threatened wild populations.1
