Asian vine snake
The Asian vine snake is a slender snake that lives in trees across Southern and Southeast Asia. It is rear-fanged and mildly venomous, but it is not considered a threat to humans. Its long, thin body and pointed snout make it easy to recognise.1

Humpito
Its resemblance to South American vine snakes is a clear example of convergent evolution.1
Adults can reach about 1.8 m in total length, and the tail alone can be about 0.6 m long.1
It is a rear-fanged snake, which means its fangs are at the back of the mouth.1
It is active during the day, which makes it a diurnal snake.1
