Its shell has a light, net-like pattern of small, pale, arid-coloured markings.1
These pale markings contrast strongly with bands of very dark chocolate-brown stripes that run along the shell.1
Some areas of the shell are partly covered by violet-tinged clouds.1
The shell is usually 35 to 94 mm long.1

常被误认为： It is often compared with Conus textile, which it may be related to. The net-like markings on Queen Victoria cones are mostly smaller and lighter than those of Conus textile.1
