Apistus carinatus
名字的由來： The genus name Apistus means "untrustworthy" or "perfidious", a reference to the long, mobile spines around its eyes. The species name carinatus means "keeled", after the bony ridges on its head.1

The ocellated waspfish is a small, venomous fish with spines in its fins. It lives in warm parts of the Indian and Pacific oceans, including the coasts of Africa, Asia and northern Australia. It is a nocturnal hunter that hides in sand during the day.1
